Elderview is designed as a long distance health care service that can be personally and specifically tailored to meet your families needs through our website and interactive communication with your family member.  We offer private observation and confidential reporting to the family concerning the quality of service and accurate level of care your loved one or family member is receiving.  Elderview will be the communication and information vehicle to bridge the gap between a busy schedule and distance.  We can schedule unannounced visits by our health care professionals for inspection and comprehensive reporting on conditions throughout the facility.  The Elderview reporting process includes a personal visit by Elderiew staff, digital photographs of the patient, reports ranging from patient services, facility health and safety conditions, medication reports, and current state inspection ratings. Elderview connects loved ones to their families and care-givers through the process of personal observations, video/on site observations and internet based reporting to the client.   Our reports can be delivered via FAX, U.S.P.S., or online through our centralized interactive Information System via the Elderview website at Elderview.com .  Statistics show that the elderly show a marked improvement through increased communication and family interest.  Through increased contact with Elderview representatives, we increase the level of stimulation the patient experiences while providing increased information and peace of mind to the client.
